Our beer is crafted using the pure, sand-filtered water that flows from Straddie’s ancient aquifer, giving every sip a taste as fresh as the sea breeze. Inspired by our surroundings, we brew bold, flavourful beers that reflect the relaxed rhythm of island life. But it’s not just about the beer. Our rooftop bar serves up island-crafted cocktails, local artisan spirits, and a curated selection of fine Australian wines—best enjoyed as the sun sinks over Australia.
