All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave and fridge/freezer, and the living space includes a SMART TV, CD player and WiFi. A newly renovated bathroom and convenient laundry with top-load washer and dryer complete the interior.
Ideal for families, the fully fenced backyard includes a kids’ playground, wood-fired BBQ, small gas BBQ and outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor shower and off-street parking. Pets may be considered on request (outdoors only). Tenants are required to supply firewood.
